Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Decide whether you would like to exchange your product for a different shade, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely.

  Drop it Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new beauty favorites within 5-7 business days.
